Shipping and handling charges are determined by the total dollar amount of your order.
If you spend:
0.01 to 50.00 $7.99 shipping rate
50.01 to 100.00 $9.99 shipping rate
100.01 to 150.00 $11.99 shipping rate
150.01 to 200.00 $13.99 shipping rate
200.01 and up $16.99 shipping rate
All items are shipped standard delivery via United States Parcel Service (USPS). Currently, the Breezy Point Surf Shop only ships to US states and territories.
Customers are responsible for shipping and handling charges on all returns and/or exchanges. Original shipping and handling fees are non-reimbursable.
Returns/Exchanges:
Here at the Breezy Point Surf Shop we want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund or exchange it for a different size/item.
We will gladly accept returns/exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of receipt. All items must be returned in their original condition, including all tags, and showing no signs of dirt, use, or wear and tear.
Upon receipt of your order, we ask that you carefully inspect each item. If for any reason you are not happy with your item(s) call us at (718) 318-2381 during normal business hours. Explain your problem to one of our sales associates and we will e-mail you a return/exchange form that you will fill out and enclose in your package.
Returns/exchanges will not be accepted without an enclosed form.
Once we receive your return/exchange, we will credit your orginal purchase providing the item is in its original condition. If you request an exchange of equal or lesser value, your credit card will be credited the original purchase amount and re-charged the new purchase price. All even exchanges will be re-sent.
You will receive an e-mail confirmation notifying you on your order status.
